Delete Your Lumiskin Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Lumiskin account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account at any time, directly from the Lumiskin app — no request form is required.
🗑️ How to delete your account
Follow these steps inside the Lumiskin mobile app:
- Open Lumiskin on your device and sign in if needed.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion to permanently remove your account and data.
📦 What data will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is removed:
- 👤 Account profile data
- 🔑 Email or Google OAuth login data
- 🔬 Skin scan history
- 📷 Progress photos
- ✨ AI skincare routines
- ⚙️ Saved preferences
⏳ Data retention
- • Active systems: Your account data is deleted immediately from Lumiskin's active systems when you confirm deletion in the app.
- • Backups: Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed.
Note: deleting your Lumiskin account does not automatically cancel any active subscription.
Please cancel your subscription separately through your Google Play or App Store settings.
