Lumiskin is a cosmetic skincare guidance application that uses AI-powered image analysis to provide visible skin condition summaries, personalised AM/PM skincare routines, and progress tracking over time.
Lumiskin is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. All analysis results describe visible cosmetic indicators only. They are based on photographic appearance and should not be interpreted as clinical assessments or dermatological opinions.
By creating a Lumiskin account, downloading the app, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Lumiskin is a cosmetic tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, and no content should be used as a substitute for professional medical or dermatological care.
If you have concerns about a skin condition — particularly any lesion, growth, discolouration, or symptom that causes pain, bleeding, or rapid change — consult a qualified healthcare provider immediately. Do not rely on Lumiskin to assess, diagnose, or monitor any medical skin condition.
AI-generated skin summaries and routines are conservative estimates based on visible photographic patterns. Their accuracy can be affected by lighting conditions, camera quality, skin tone, facial hair, and other factors. Results may be incomplete or incorrect.
By using Lumiskin, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree that Lumiskin and its operators are not liable for any harm, medical decision, or outcome arising from reliance on the app's output.
To access the full features of Lumiskin, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for your account and must keep your credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for unlawful or harmful purposes, or are found to be fraudulent. You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings section of the app.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All scan history, progress data, and personal information will be removed from our systems.
Lumiskin requests access to your device camera solely to capture face scan photos. By granting camera permission, you consent to the following:
We do not sell your photos, use them to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent, or use them for identity recognition, biometric profiling, or any purpose other than skincare analysis.
Lumiskin offers a paid subscription plan — Lumiskin Pro — at $12.99/month (plus applicable tax). Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). By subscribing, you agree to the following:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings:
Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
All refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) under their own refund policies. Lumiskin does not process refunds directly. Please contact the relevant app store support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Deleting your Lumiskin account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately through your app store subscription settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of Lumiskin Pro. During the trial, you have full access to all Pro features at no charge.
You agree to use Lumiskin only for its intended purpose of personal cosmetic skincare guidance. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice. We reserve the right to report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
All content, design, code, branding, trademarks, and AI-powered features within Lumiskin are the intellectual property of Lumiskin and its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By accepting these terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial skincare guidance purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
Your scan results, photos, and personal data remain your own. You grant Lumiskin a limited licence to store and process this data solely to deliver the services described in these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumiskin, its operators, affiliates, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in full what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the app, our business, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of Lumiskin after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the app and may delete your account at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Lumiskin will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the jurisdiction where the operator is established.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Lumiskin to enforce any right or provision in these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
